Our policy on replacements for damaged orders, cancellations, and refunds.
Purchases made from halesnax.com cannot be returned after delivery. We do, however, offer full replacements for products that may be damaged in transit.
We offer full replacement of products that may be damaged in transit. Replacement queries must be raised within 15 days of receiving your order. Any queries or concerns raised beyond 15 days from the delivery date will not be entertained.
To initiate a replacement, contact our customer support team at support@halesnax.com or call 8123650900. Replacement orders are processed immediately after our team validates the damage via email or phone.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, or before the product is shipped — whichever is earlier. To cancel, write to orders@halesnax.com or call 8123650900.
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed to the original mode of payment within 5–10 working days.
