1. Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 will incur a standard shipping fee at checkout.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available across most pin codes in India. COD availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your delivery location.
3. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
4. Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@halesnax.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
7. Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of placing the order. Halesnax is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
